Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; one year of hospital, medical office or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and ensures questions are addressed promptly.
• Obtains pre-certification and authorization.
• Verifies insurance benefits and active coverage.
• Explains policies and secures required signatures.
• Schedules walk-in appointments and processes referrals.
• Collects out-of-pocket payments and balances daily deposits.
