Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Sort and distribute mail to appropriate departments and manage mail for the Credit Counselors.
• Retain mail returns and perform skip trace processes as needed.
• Open Credit Counselors' mail and prepare it for contact.
• Review, price, and prepare payments to physicians according to Self pay/Consulting agreement.
• Provide general office support to credit counselors as needed.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and assist with projects, aiming for efficient completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
