Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or office setting.
• Lead PAR requires 1 year in healthcare registration or billing.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and supports patient experience.
• Preregister/register/discharge patients and verify/update Medicaid/insurance information.
• Balance daily cash, handle copays/deductibles, and ensure proper documentation in the EHR.
