Responsibilities

• Sort and distribute mail to appropriate departments, retaining all insurance checks.
• Retains mail returns and performs skip trace process.
• Opens Credit Counselors mail and prepares it for contact.
• Per the direction of the supervisor- reviews, prices, and prepares payment to physicians according to the Self pay/Consulting agreement.
• General office tasks to assist the credit counselors on a as needed basis.
• Processes ad-hoc requests for assistants with projects and other duties efficiently with the end in mind.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
