Banner Health is seeking a Front Desk Patient Financial Services Representative for behavioral health outpatient clinics in Mesa, AZ. The role involves check-in/out, payment processing, insurance calls, scheduling, and accurate billing documentation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma/GED, MA certification, BLS, and strong computer skills. Arizona Fingerprint Clearance is required. This is a part-time position with a focus on patient experience and team support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent and completion of an approved medical assistant training program.
• Active Medical Assistant certification is required and BLS certification is required.
• Strong computer skills and exceptional interpersonal communication are necessary.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at hire is required for Behavioral Health positions.

Responsabilités

• Check-in and check-out patient visits with accuracy and courtesy.
• Run patient estimates and assist with payment collections.
• Call insurance, verify appointments, and schedule/reschedule visits.
• Provide clerical support and ensure complete and accurate medical records for billing.
