Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with common office software and typing ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them, verify eligibility and benefits.
• Submit authorizations and reduce denials; assist with financial counseling and payment plans.
• Maintain accurate, secure, and compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient flow and satisfaction.
• Use multiple computer systems for intake and record-keeping.
