Responsibilities

• Interview and review uninsured/underinsured patients for third party billing and payment arrangements.
• Verify coverage for Outpatient, Inpatient and Ambulatory Surgery Services; provide financial counseling.
• Advise on Medicaid, HCAP, Charity programs; establish payment plans and financial clearance.
