• Coordinate with hospital departments and insurance companies.
• Answer calls and faxes; assist with financial matters for patients and families.
• Help patients access funding from private and governmental programs.
• Assist patients with Medicaid and Financial Assistance forms and insurance enrollment via Heathcare.gov.
