Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist patients face-to-face, via email, fax, mail, and phone with billing inquiries
• liaison between patients, providers, and departments to ensure accurate charges and timely resolutions
• Obtain authorizations and provide cost estimates for upcoming procedures
• Educate patients on assistance options and financial responsibilities
• Deliver high-level customer service and maintain patient satisfaction
• Comply with regulatory requirements and privacy standards
