UPMC’s PMC East is seeking a Part Time Patient & Family Concierge for the 6 E Rehab Unit. The position requires two 12‑hour shifts per week in a rotating schedule, with shifts from 6 AM–6 PM or 6 PM–6 AM.

The Concierge will deliver compassionate service to patients, families, and visitors, supporting destinations, transport, dietary, and supply management across the hospital to enhance patient and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Destination Coordination: greet patients and families, provide directions and escort, share general hospital policies.
• Environmental Services: clean areas, replenish supplies, report maintenance issues.
