Responsibilities

• Greet patients, family members, visitors and staff and help with destination coordination.
• Assist with all communications regarding the department.
• Accurately update and maintain patient flow—admitting and discharging patients throughout the day.
• Coordinate patient tests and procedures and offering administrative support.
• Answering phone calls and call lights.
• Managing supplies and equipment.
