UPMC Northwest is seeking a full-time Patient & Family Concierge to join the 3 South Medical Oncology Team. The role involves rotating days and evenings and focuses on creating exceptional experiences for patients, families, and visitors within the hospital.

The position emphasizes service, adaptability, and compassion, with responsibilities spanning destination coordination, environmental and dietary support, transportation, telehealth setup, and supply management.

Competenze

High School diploma or equivalent required, or active enrollment in HS/GED program.
Previous health care or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Mansioni

Destination Coordination: greet patients and families and guide them to destinations while protecting privacy.
Environmental Services: clean and organize areas and report maintenance needs.
Dietary Services: assist with meals and follow safety guidelines.
Transportation Services: move patients and equipment between units and treatment centers.
Telehealth Cart Retrieval and Set Up: fetch and set up telehealth carts and clean afterwards.
Supply & Equipment Management: restock and organize supplies and deliver to units.
General: answer phones, respond to call lights, and support patients and staff.
