Job summary

Vital Health is seeking an energetic Patient Support Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. You will work closely with patients and healthcare practitioners to deliver an exceptional patient experience, handling check-ins, transactions, scheduling, and front-desk support.

The role emphasizes customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer and handling basic office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and accompany them to treatment rooms.
• Process service and product transactions and schedule appointments.
• Answer phone calls and support practitioners with patient questions.
• Educate and encourage patients about services and products.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and maintain treatment rooms.
• Clean and restock treatment rooms and assemble educational materials.
• Assist with other office responsibilities as needed.
