Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients professionally.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries.
• Verify patient information, insurance details, and necessary documentation.
• Maintain patient records and keep front office area neat and organized.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Assist front office tasks during downtime: phones, scanning, scheduling, payments, filing.
