Vida Integrated Health – Kirkland is seeking a Customer-Facing Patient Experience Coordinator who greets patients with warmth, coordinates appointments, and ensures a smooth first impression from check-in to check-out.

You will maintain accurate patient records, coordinate schedules with clinicians, and support team communication to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced clinic.

Full-time role with Tue-Sat shifts and growth opportunities within Vida’s patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting or customer service.
• Ability to coordinate appointments efficiently, optimizing clinic schedules for smooth patient flow.
• Proven track record of clear communication with patients, enhancing their understanding and confidence in care plans.
• Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with healthcare providers and teams.
• Proficiency in managing patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a positive experience.
• Empathy and professionalism in responding to patient inquiries.
