Job summary

West Coast Dental Services is seeking a Patient Ambassador to join our team in California. You will blend consultative sales, hospitality, and patient education to help patients understand the value of treatment while supporting office production and growth goals.

In this role, you will build trust, present plans persuasively, discuss financing options, and ensure an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of sales, customer service, hospitality, or patient-facing experience required.
• Proven ability to build rapport and connect with customers/patients at a high level.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Experience in a goal-driven or performance-based environment is preferred.
• Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and high-value services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that makes patients feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable.
• Build strong relationships and establish trust quickly with patients and families.
• Present and explain treatment plans in a confident, professional, and persuasive manner.
• Drive case acceptance by addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and communicating value.
• Utilize interpersonal skills to connect with patients and improve treatment conversion.
• Follow up with unscheduled treatment patients and re-engage opportunities into appointments.
• Discuss insurance benefits, financing options, and payment plans with confidence.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with providers and office leadership to support patient care and office goals.
