West Coast Dental Services in California is seeking a high-energy Patient Ambassador who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-facing role. You will be responsible for increasing case acceptance, driving treatment plan conversions, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Competenze

• 1+ years of sales, customer service, hospitality, or patient-facing experience required
• Proven ability to build rapport and connect with customers/patients at a high level
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Experience working in a goal-driven or performance-based environment preferred
• Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and high-value services
