Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor's Technician to greet patients, gather information, and guide them through pre-tests and exams while promoting available products and services. You will bridge retail and clinical teams to deliver a smooth patient experience in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond high school Diploma or currently enrolled.
• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience in a clinical or retail setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to relate to diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers; identify needs to ensure a memorable experience and promote products/services.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams and support sales.
• Schedule appointments; document patient history and perform basic pre-tests and screenings.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and keep customers informed on status.
• Maintain brand standards; perform light lab/repair tasks and ensure timely delivery of glasses.
• Monitor delivery times to meet 100% of promises; perform other duties as assigned.
