Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with patient registration, scheduling and pre-certifications preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and guests utilizing AIDET and provides excellent service.
• Performs full registration and updates demographics, insurance info and signatures.
• Undergoes patient outreach and schedules appointments across the healthcare continuum.
• Collects co-pays and reconciles cash drawer daily.
• Performs non-clinical admin duties and documents in medical records.
