Responsibilities

• Greets patients and guests utilizing AIDET while providing an individualized excellent patient service experience.
• Performs all registration functions including full registration and updating demographics, insurance information and obtaining signatures.
• Uses kiosks, tablets and other technology to assist patients upon arrival.
• Makes and manages appointments across the healthcare continuum.
• Collects co-pays and outstanding balances; reconciles cash drawer daily; performs non-clinical administrative duties.
