• Healthcare front office experience.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in, ensuring a calm, friendly environment.
• Answer and manage clinic calls, route messages, and provide timely responses.
• Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance, and consent forms.
• Verify insurance eligibility, collect copays, and explain financial responsibilities.
• Schedule appointments, reschedule, and manage waitlists per provider availability.
• Maintain front office operations and patient resources; ensure data accuracy in EHR.
• Support chart audits and pre-visit administrative preparation.
• Cross-train in clinical support tasks to assist during staff shortages.
