The role emphasizes accurate chart audits, HIPAA-compliant records in the EHR, and cross-training in clinical support tasks to ensure smooth patient care when clinicians are unavailable.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years in front office or patient access in healthcare.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and standard office software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Verify demographics, insurance details, and required forms at check-in.
• Manage front office operations and appointments scheduling.
