This role offers cross-training in clinical support tasks, requires 1–2 years in healthcare front office, and proficiency with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of front office or patient access experience in healthcare.
• Proficient with EHR systems and standard office software; HIPAA knowledge.
• Strong communication, empathy, and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner.
• Manage patient check-in and verify demographics and insurance.
