Turnwell Mental Health Network is seeking a Patient Support Specialist to be the welcoming face at our clinics. You will manage check-in, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments, and route calls with professionalism.

Responsibilities include chart audits, updating patient records in the EHR, and supporting HIPAA-compliant information handling while maintaining a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Formación

• Front desk and patient-facing experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience handling PHI and HIPAA regulations is essential.
• Familiarity with EHR platforms and medical terminology is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and manage the check-in process with accuracy.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and send reminders.
• Process co-pays and payments at time of service.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR and ensure privacy compliance.
• Support cross-functional clinic operations when needed.
