You will assist with chart audits, maintain EHR accuracy, and coordinate with clinical staff to safeguard patient privacy while delivering compassionate service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Front desk experience in healthcare or similar setting.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy.
• Strong verbal and written communication, empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with psychiatric EHR platforms is a plus.

• Greet patients upon arrival in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Verify demographics, insurance details, and required forms at check-in.
• Manage front office operations to keep reception organized and patient-ready.
• Send appointment reminders via phone, text, or patient portal.
• Schedule follow-up appointments as directed by clinicians.
• Collect co-pays and patient payments at the time of service.
• Route calls to appropriate team members and handle messages.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR and support chart audits.
