Qualifikationen

• No healthcare experience required — basic customer service and computer skills.

• Interacts with patients and families to provide positive, effective customer service.
• Registers new patients and coordinates communications with referring providers.
• Schedules and coordinates appointments; assists in resolving scheduling issues.
• Maintains calendars and arranges meetings, seminars and events.
• Operates office technologies including phone systems, email, scheduling and billing applications.
