Job summary

Midwest Physicians Administrative Services, LLC dba Duly Health and Care in Naperville, IL seeks a Patient Service Representative. You will greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, schedule appointments, verify insurance in EPIC, and collect copays to support a positive patient experience.

The role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and familiarity with EPIC. A high school diploma is required with healthcare office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Experience as receptionist/front desk strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Coordinate provider schedules to optimize appointment availability.
• Update patient demographics and verify insurance in EPIC and other systems.
• Collect copayments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and schedule/confirm appointments.
• Communicate information about clinical personnel to patients and others.
• Assist with referral scheduling to connect patients with specialists.
• Participate in daily/weekly team huddles and share patient updates.
• Monitor dashboards to track scheduling, access, workflow, and satisfaction metrics.
