Ivy Health in Garner, NC is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and to ensure a welcoming, organized clinic experience. You will support registration, scheduling, and other front desk tasks, maintaining accurate records and smooth coordination with the clinical team.

Formación

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• The Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience.
• This role supports front office operations such as patient registration, patient scheduling and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless coordination between patients and the clinical team.
• The Patient Coordinator supports clinic workflows by maintaining accurate patient records, appointment management, and providing excellent customer service to patients and families.
