You will manage patient scheduling, verify insurance, collect co-pays, assist with front-desk tasks, and protect HIPAA confidentiality, contributing to a smooth operation in the Family Medicine Clinic.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, patience and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Experience in a busy hospital or clinic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors; maintain First Impressions standards.
• Schedule appointments and manage no-shows to optimize provider time.
• Verify and collect patient insurance and demographic information prior to visits.
• Handle billing related tasks: co-pays, balances, and documentation for billing.
