Valley View Hospital is seeking a motivated Patient Services Specialist for our Eagle Valley Family Practice in Eagle, Colorado. This full-time, on-site role will serve as the first contact for patients in the front office, handling scheduling, registration, and related reception duties.

The position involves assisting with billing and collections, maintaining accurate patient records, and coordinating with physicians and nurses to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Receptionist/clerical experience required.
• Patient care background preferred.
• Experience in a clinical setting highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly reception for patients and physicians.
• Organize patient flow and keep physicians and patients on schedule.
• Maintain patient files and accounts in a professional manner.
• Handle phone calls for the office manager, physicians, and nurses as appropriate.
• Assist with billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner.
