Concentra in East Hartford, CT is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to perform complex administrative duties and deliver excellent patient service in a fast-paced clinical setting.

You will greet patients, manage registrations and scheduling, explain required forms, handle multi-line phone communications, and support center operations while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a welcoming environment for all patients.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of state-specific occupational medicine requirements preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Check in/out patients in management system.
• Explain forms and ensure completion.
• Answer phone lines and direct calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments; send reminders.
• Maintain inventory and records.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and safety rules.
• Assist in daily administrative tasks and center operations.
• Perform some medical assistant duties as assigned.
