Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones, scheduling appointments.
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage; update records.
• Register new patients and explain policies.
• Schedule tests and procedures; process referrals.
• Collect copayments and manage patient checkout.
• Maintain documentation in the EMR; file and scan as needed.
• Open/close office; support multiple practices as required.
