Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Patient Service Specialist in Ohio to deliver a patient-first experience from arrival to departure. You will assist with scheduling, pre-registration, insurance verification and MyChart enrollment, creating a welcoming environment and handling patient records with care.

The role emphasizes thorough registration, visit preparation, triage and problem solving, while supporting interpreter scheduling and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance processing or customer service
• OR Associate's Degree and 1 year of experience
• OR Bachelor's Degree
• Working knowledge of PC window applications
• Ability to perform basic math sufficient to process insurance co-pays

Responsabilités

• Provide a comprehensive, proactive and “Patients First” experience for patients and visitors.
• Assist with scheduling, pre-registration, MyChart enrollment and visit preparations.
• Enter and maintain confidential patient information.
• Investigate, triage and resolve patient issues using the established HEART model.
• Recruit, enroll and educate patients on MyChart and Appointment Pass.
