Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED (Required)
• 2+ years of Medical office experience, or relevant customer service experience (Required)
• Advanced degree (Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's) may be considered in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the practice/department in maintaining a patient/customer focus and improve patient satisfaction.
• Handle patient arrival/departure activities, calls, inquiries, and coordinate appointments.
• Update patient insurance/billing information and perform point of service activities.
• Follow practice protocols and adapt to POS and call center environments.
