• Associate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with patients in person or by phone in a professional manner.
• Manages patient calls, inquiries, and coordinates appointments.
• Updates patient insurance/billing information in EPIC and performs point-of-service activities.
• Obtains insurance cards, copays, and signatures as required and verifies information.
• Finalizes check-out procedures and communicates wait times to patients.
