Responsibilities

• Greets patients warmly and professionally during check-in and scheduling.
• Maintains lobby cleanliness and patient comfort.
• Coordinates provider schedules to optimize access and throughput.
• Updates patient demographics and insurance details in EPIC.
• Collects copayments, issues receipts, and reconciles daily transactions.
• Answers multi-line phone system and routes inquiries.
• Schedules follow-up and referral appointments as needed.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
