Job summary

CCI Health Services in Silver Spring, MD seeks a Patient Representative to greet patients and visitors in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate Health Center personnel. The role ensures high-quality, cost-efficient, culturally sensitive services in line with federal, state, and local policies.

Minimum High School diploma required; an AA or BS degree is preferred or commensurate experience. At least one year of relevant work experience in a medical setting is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure provision of high-quality, cost-efficient, culturally sensitive services in compliance with policies.
• Act as the point of contact to support patient flow and administrative tasks.
