Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and respond to inquiry, direct caller to appropriate area, or initiate triage slip for medical personnel response.
• Greet and direct patients, visitors, and salespeople with courtesy and discretion, providing exemplary customer service.
• Verify and update patient records and insurance information; manage confidential data and CPS entries.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily cash reports.
• Assist in coverage for other areas and maintain open lines of communication with coworkers.
• Maintain compliance with privacy laws and proper handling of records.
