Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.

• Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments.
• Communicate with patients about scheduling, insurance, and procedures.
• Collect co-pays and reconcile payments daily.
• Maintain patient demographics and insurance data.
• Transmit medical records in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Maintain accurate electronic charts in the EHR.
• Support providers and staff with patient flow.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with team on daily operations.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
