This on-site, full-time role requires accurate data entry and friendly, professional service. You will manage appointment schedules, collect co-pays, and assist referrals while using Athena EMR to update patient profiles.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with patient intake and front-desk duties is preferred.
• Proficiency with data entry and basic clerical tasks is needed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Verify demographics and insurance information in the medical record.
• Prepare patient records for daily appointments and maintain current profiles.
• Handle appointment scheduling updates and cancellations.
• Collect co-pays and balance drawer daily.
• Assist with patient referrals and EMR updates as needed.
