Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients entering the clinic.
• Register new patients and update demographics.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; reschedule as needed.
• Verify insurance coverage for services on the appointment date.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances at check-in.
• Follow up on no-shows and update the scheduling system.
