Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; 2+ years medical office or customer service experience.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to learn and use EPIC and other front-end systems.
• Strong communication and patient-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage arrival/departure activities.
• Handle patient calls, inquiries, and scheduling in EPIC.
• Verify and update patient insurance/billing information.
• Perform point-of-service activities and collect co-pays.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to improve patient experience.
