• Manages physician schedules and handles patient/provider correspondence.
• Processes referrals and authorizations for various insurance types.
• Monitors CS-Link message pools and workflow for improvement.
• Explains policies and services to patients.
• Participates in daily huddles and staff meetings.
• Promotes infection prevention standards and department procedures.
