Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through handling calls and patient needs for a multi-specialty team.
• Greet patients and assist in resolving issues.
• Check-in/check-out patients and collect co-payments; verify demographic/insurance data in CS-Link.
• Schedule appointments, register patients, and process payments.
• Assist with physician scheduling and provider correspondence.
• Process referrals and authorizations for various insurance types.
• Monitor patient flow and CS-Link message pools; suggest improvements.
• Explain policies, procedures, or services to patients.
• Participate in daily huddles and staff meetings.
• Promote infection prevention standards and department policies.
