Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Training will be provided to support outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with patients, professionals and staff.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills including data entry and word processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with a courteous and professional approach.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in entering patient information and scheduling.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policies.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure with composure.
• Attend and complete Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire.
