Responsibilities

• Assist patients and visitors by phone and in person with accurate information and directions.
• Take complete patient information and coordinate with providers; prepare schedules and records.
• Check in/registration; verify demographics and insurance; collect co-pays; direct patients.
• Monitor patient flow and act as liaison to ensure timely service delivery.
• Process check out, schedule follow-ups, and provide educational materials; enter billing tickets.
