• Act as central communication source in patient care delivery.
• Performs check-in, registration, scheduling, and demographic verification.
• Collects co-payments following standards.
• Schedules, reschedules and cancels appointments.
• Obtains and enters referrals.
• Supports patients and visitors entering and leaving the practice.
