Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients and guests; confirm identity and provide visit information.
• Complete check-in/out functions as directed.
• Update patient identification and demographic/insurance information.
• Register patients as needed; obtain required consents/authorizations.
• Collect co-payments and other payments; post payments and balance due.
• Manage end-of-day cash drawer and billing processes.
• Keep waiting area clean and comfortable; inform patients of delays.
• Schedule appointments as necessary; float to ICCs as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
