Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.

• Multilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients and verify information.
• Document calls and patient interactions in the EMR.
• Schedule appointments for visits, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Register patients by updating demographic data and insurance info.
• Assist with insurance verification and pre-certifications.
• Collect payments and educate patients on financial assistance.
