Jefferson Health in Marlton, NJ seeks a Patient Services Associate (PSA) II to enhance patient and visitor experience by efficiently processing arrival and departure activities for visits in the practice. The PSA II obtains pre-certifications and authorizations, verifies insurance and demographics, and supports a smooth flow to examination rooms.

You will greet patients, schedule and check in/out via EPIC, ensure HIPAA compliance, and escalate concerns as needed to maintain service quality.

• Experience in patient-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate courteously with patients and visitors.
• Ability to process and interpret data accurately.
• Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with healthcare privacy guidelines (HIPAA) preferred.
